Vivian Lo is an Interaction Designer at IDEO New York. A maker at heart, she tackles design challenges with a hands-on approach, and sees prototyping as a means to invite dialogue and inspire design iterations. This extends to her passion in crafting human-centered experiences that intersect the digital and physical realms. Having lived and worked in three continents, she brings a strong sense of cultural sensibility to her design work. While at IDEO, she has worked with clients on digital products and strategies across different medium and industries, ranging from healthcare, financial services, retail, and education. Prior to joining IDEO, her work has focused on developing intuitive analytics tools for financial institutions. This experience has helped her blend systems thinking with her love of craft in the design process. During her downtime, you can find her roaming the streets of New York in search of good food, traveling or crafting her leatherwork.
