Leila is currently a M.A. student in anthropology at The New School for Social Research with interests in infrastructure, science, and technology. She graduated from Barnard College majoring in East Asian Studies with a focus on Chinese and Japanese histories and languages. Leila has worked as a media producer for the New York City Department of Design and Construction and has assisted several independent documentary filmmakers.
