Cynthia Warner works at the intersection of change management and social impact. She is a candidate for The New School’s Master of Science in Organizational Change Management (May 2017) and is most excited when working on interdisciplinary, multi-sector projects seeking to achieve creative and ambitious goals in the social sector. Cynthia was previously Senior Director at the New York City Department of Education’s Office of Innovation (iZone), where she oversaw strategic planning and partnerships and led the office’s first professional learning program. An educator by training and passion, Cynthia has facilitated learning experiences for high school students, adult beginning readers, public school teachers, and civil service managers.
