Aisha (Lloyd) Williams is a veteran educator at George Jackson Academy (GJA) with over 17 years of experience working with youth to realize their academic potential. Ms. Williams began her teaching career in North Carolina through Teach for America and later her travels took her to work at KIPP DCPS in the Mississippi Delta, Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn at Excellence Charter School, and then GJA. Throughout those years, helping students and families attain an excellent education has been at the forefront of her work.
